Blender 4.2: Precise Modeling Workshop
Learning Resources →

In the past few weeks, I found an incredible collection of materials and textures created for Unreal Engine, and besides the fact that this is a fantastic resource for game development it could also be useful for architectural visualization. Wait, how a collection of materials designed for the Unreal Engine could help architectural visualization artists using Blender? The secret here is that all textures in this collection are available as image files composed of diffuse, normal and roughness maps. How many textures? About 200 seamless textures. Did you get it now? A free collection of 200 seamless textures in 2k resolution.

The texture set appeared at the Unreal Engine user forums by February(2015), and now you can only download them from this dropbox link. Get it while it is still active. Be aware that this is a 3GB download.
