Blender 4.2: Precise Modeling Workshop
Learning Resources →

A few months ago I did recommend a collection of seats available at BlendSwap called “Seat!”, which was a nice collection of chairs and sofas created with Blender by an artist called Michel Berhanu. And now the artist has a follow up on this collection with Seat! 2.0 and this time the focus is on sofas. The amount of detail and quality of the sofas is amazing, and since the collection is well organized, we can play around with parts of the models to duplicate or copy their parts, in order to build really large sofas.

This is a must have for any architectural visualization artist using Blender. All models are free to download. You just need a BlendSwap account.

  1. Coordination of these libraries with the release of the Cabinet Library from MicroVellium sounds like a great idea. Promoting libraries and other features like drag an drop, smart models and HDR addons from Blender Guru seems to be a bit more of an enlightened addition to your News Letters and to the users in general.

I am in the process of creating scale model libraries for the entire IKEA, Signature Hardware, Pela and Marvin Windows.
I am also building retail pricing into the models where possible.

I downloaded your html for the newsletter #5 page. I will be redesigning it to make more achitecturally and artist pleasing to the eye….As well as more readable for my feable eyes.
