Blender 4.2: Precise Modeling Workshop
Learning Resources →

The modeling of a scene for any architectural visualization project involves certain types of challenges that every artist must face in order to get the visualization ready to the render stage. And for interior views a key piece on some scenes is the use of and creation of cloth simulations. Those types of surfaces are really hard to model using only polygons, and that is the reason to try physical based approaches like the cloth tools in Blender. If you never tried to use the cloth tools in Blender before, I found an interesting tutorial that will give you a nice introduction of the tool for use in architectural visualization.

If you want a different approach, some artists will use sculpting tools to create the cloth surfaces of a scene and others will even go for dedicated software like Marvelous Designer to create advanced simulations.
